Terms of service

The B2B terms that apply when a company uses Ansedd.

Last updated:

1. Parties and B2B scope

These terms are between Flyingbox AB, organisation number 5593559213 ("Ansedd", "we") and the company or other organisation accepting them ("Customer"). Ansedd is a B2B service. The person accepting confirms authority to bind the Customer. Contact hello@flyingbox.app before purchasing if that is not your situation.

2. The service

Ansedd samples selected AI and search services for the Customer's tracked buyer questions, preserves available answers and citations, and produces evidence-backed recommendations and remeasurement views. Coverage, models, provider availability and answer wording can change. Ansedd reports observed evidence and does not guarantee ranking, recommendation, traffic, revenue or any other outcome.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account and billing information.
  • Use Ansedd only for lawful business purposes and only with data you have the right to provide.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, malware, unlawful material or confidential third-party data in prompts, domains or notes.
  • Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, provider restrictions or access controls, or use the service to probe systems you are not authorised to test.

4. Trial, price and payment

Ansedd Core currently includes a seven-day trial without a payment card. The public offer is EUR 49 per month excluding applicable VAT for one brand, 10 tracked questions, three competitors and the provider coverage stated at purchase. A paid subscription begins only through an explicit Stripe checkout. Current price, renewal and cancellation details are shown before payment and in Settings.

5. Customer data and intellectual property

The Customer keeps its rights in Customer-provided data. The Customer grants Ansedd the limited right to process that data to provide, secure and improve the contracted service as described in the Privacy notice. Ansedd and its licensors keep all rights in the software, product design, methodology and non-customer materials. No right to another customer's private evidence is granted.

6. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the agreement, except where disclosure is required by law. The Privacy notice describes Ansedd's processing as controller for account, product, security and billing operations. If a Customer use case requires a separate data-processing agreement, contact us before adding that data.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Ansedd available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, model changes and internet failures may create partial or missing observations. We may change the service to improve security, comply with law or replace a provider. We will not silently present one provider's answer as another provider's evidence.

8. Suspension, cancellation and deletion

The Customer may cancel renewal through the available billing controls. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. On account deletion, private product data is handled under the Privacy notice. Records required for accounting, tax, disputes or legal obligations may remain for the stated legal period.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Ansedd is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost business, loss caused by Customer instructions or decisions, or changes made by external AI, search, hosting or payment providers. Ansedd's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for Ansedd during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where mandatory law prohibits it or to liability caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

10. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Stockholm District Court is the court of first instance, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
